Do you ship internationally? Are there any charges?

With the sole exception to United States, we do not ship internationally, nor do we have any locations in other countries. The cost of the shipping depends on the location and will be calculated upon check out.

Can I request upgrades, downgrades or any changes for the build I would like to purchase?

Yes, you can request upgrades, downgrades or any changes you desire to make yourself your dream PC. Please contact us on what you would like to change and we will be happy to do that for you. Please be advised that any changes might result with either an increase or decrease in cost.

Do you have a payment plan or financing?

We apologize but currently we do not offer any payment plans or financing options.

Do you accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay?

No, we do accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Do you charge taxes or duty for shipping to United States?

We do not charge any taxes or duties for US orders. However you have to pay them when the product is delivered to you. Canada Post will forward you package to USPS and they will contact you to let you know the amount prior to your delivery.

Are the prices shown in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars?

All prices shown on our website are in Canadian Dollars. You can change it from the top right using the currency option.

What payment method does TecHeal accepts?

TecHeal only accepts Interac eTransfers. Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not accepted. We also accept pre-payment by bank wire transfer.

If I don't have a credit or debit card. How can I pay?

We only accept Bank eTransfers. The order will be finalized after the payment has been received and acknowledged by our accounting department. All eTransfers are done on our email techeal@outlook.com. Please contact us to arrange for the payment.

Can I pickup my order instead of getting it shipped?

Yes, you can come and pick up your order. Please let us know when you place the order that you intend to pick it up instead of having it shipped. We will try our best to arrange the date and time suitable for you for pickup. Please contact us prior to placing the order.

I have a defective part. Can I pick up instead of shipping the entire computer?

Yes, if you are sure that the part is defective you can pick it up and leave the defective part with us. If you are located outside our location then you will need to ship the entire computer. Please contact us on techeal@outlook.com to arrange for a RMA and return shipping label.

What is the return and refund policy for the product?

Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is defective and not in working condition. If the product is in perfect working condition then we will not accept any returns.

How long does it take to ship the computer?

It takes us 7 to 9 business days to ship the computer. After you place the order we complete the build according to your needs and run it through test to make sure each and everything is installed and configured properly to provide you with a plug & play experience. Some orders might take longer time depending on the order. The Designer PCs and Linux AI machine will require at least 12 to 15 business days to complete and ship it out.

Why should I buy a pre-built system from you instead of building myself?

We do understand that building the system yourself will save you some money. However, buying a pre-built saves you time and effort and provide you with a plug and play experience. We make sure that we use the best parts available for your build so it last long. What is the warranty on your products?

We provide 1 year warranty which also includes repairs, technical support and service for all our systems. After the warranty expires there will be a charge depending on the service. Additionally warranty and support plans can be purchased with the product. We offer plans upto 3 years which includes warranty on parts, repairs and technical support and service for our products.
