No, we do not accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
We do not charge any taxes or duties for US orders. However you have to pay them when the product is delivered to you. Canada Post will forward you package to USPS and they will contact you to let you know the amount prior to your delivery.

TecHeal only accepts Interac eTransfer. Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not accepted at the moment. We also accept pre-payment by bank wire transfer.
We only accept Bank eTransfers. The order will be finalized after the payment has been received and acknowledged by our accounting department. All eTransfers are done on our email techeal@outlook.com. Please contact us to arrange for the payment.
Yes, you can come and pick up your order. Please let us know when you place the order that you intend to pick it up instead of having it shipped. We will try our best to arrange the date and time suitable for you for pickup. Please

Yes, if you are sure that the part is defective you can pick it up and leave the defective part with us. If you are located outside our location then you will need to ship the entire computer. Please
contact us on techeal@outlook.com to arrange for a RMA and return shipping label.
Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is defective and not in working condition. If the product is in perfect working condition then we will not accept any returns.
It takes us 7 to 10 business days to ship the computer. After you place the order we complete the build according to your needs and run it through test to make sure each and everything is installed and configured properly to provide you with a plug & play experience. Some orders might take longer time depending on the order. The Designer PCs and Linux AI machine will require at least 12 to 15 business days to complete and ship it out.
We do understand that building the system yourself will save you some money. However, buying a pre-built saves you time and effort and provide you with a plug and play experience. We provide 1 year warranty which also includes repairs, technical support and service for all our systems. After the warranty expires there will be a charge depending on the service. Additionally warranty and support plans can be purchased with the product. We offer plans upto 3 years which includes warranty on parts, repairs and technical support and service for our products.
